Scenario Planning

Before you change the business or spend the money, know what it does to your B-BBEE level.

B-BBEE decisions do not happen in isolation.

A new shareholder, an acquisition, a change in payroll, a supplier decision, a learnership, an enterprise development contribution or a change in structure can affect far more than one line on the scorecard.

We model the options before you commit.

That means management can see what each scenario does to the scorecard, what it costs, where the risks sit and whether there is a better way to achieve the same objective.

The point is simple: make the decision with the scorecard in front of you, not months later when verification tells you what the decision did.

Verification Management

We manage your B-BBEE verification from the first document to the final certificate.

Getting the strategy right is only half the job. At verification, every point you are claiming has to be supported by the right evidence.

That is where MMH stays involved.

We prepare and review the verification file, reconcile the supporting information, work with your team, manage communication with the verification agency, deal with queries, follow up on outstanding items and stay across the process until the final certificate is issued.

We cannot issue the certificate ourselves. That decision belongs to the independent verification agency.

Our job is to make sure the B-BBEE position you have worked towards is properly implemented, properly evidenced and properly presented when it is assessed.

Implementation Management

You approve the plan. We make the rest happen.

A B-BBEE plan means very little if nobody owns the implementation.

We do.

Once the strategy is agreed, MMH manages the moving parts needed to put it into practice. Depending on the client and the scorecard, that can include training and skills interventions, learnerships, supplier and enterprise development initiatives, socio-economic development, supporting documentation, third-party providers and the timelines attached to all of it.

We source where required, coordinate providers, track delivery, keep the evidence trail in place and make sure the implementation stays aligned with the scorecard throughout the measurement period.

Your management team does not need to become B-BBEE administrators just to achieve the level the business is working towards.

That is our job.

B-BBEE decisions happen all year. We make sure you do not make them blind.

Your scorecard is affected long before anyone books a verification.

Appointments, resignations, payroll changes, procurement decisions, new suppliers, tenders, ownership discussions, training spend, acquisitions, restructures and changes in financial performance can all change the position.

Ongoing Strategic Support means you have somebody looking at those decisions through a B-BBEE lens while there is still time to do something about them.

We stay close to the business, track the scorecard as the year develops, flag risks early and help management make decisions with the end result in mind.

Support can be retained or used as required, and it is often the natural next step once the initial gap analysis and plan are complete.
